PRODUCTION TIME

Each CHALSIE JOAN piece is lovingly handmade by Chalsie herself once an order is placed and fully paid for by the customer. Production lead time of your order will take between 1-2 weeks or longer dependant on demand.

SHIPPING

CHALSIE JOAN offers worldwide shipping with a tracked and signed for service. Cost of packaging and handling included in price.

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation and a tracking number via email.

Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes or custom fees which are to be paid for by the customer themselves. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.

CHALSIE JOAN is not responsible for any delays or lost packages once sent.
